Light Years is a near-perfect, devastating book. I feel as if Stoner has been recommended to me more than any other novel I haven’t read-might pick that up this summer, too.
I always get a kick out of hearing Sport and A Pastime described as “the sexiest novel of all time,” etc. I take that as a sign that the person describing it as such hasn’t actually read the book, which is a searingly sad portrait of loneliness.
Aero press is a must travel item for me when staying at Airbnbs. I have the original and love it, but this new travel setup may earn a spot in my duffel on my next trip.

Agree on Light Years. Salter will always wow me. A Sport and a Pastime is wildly good as well.

Stoner is incredible, definitely worth a read.
Picked up Stoner yesterday and am only a chapter in, but wow. Just wow.
Started Stoner on Friday and was done by Sunday morning. It will stick with me a lot longer than that. Can't recommend enough.

I have mine here with me in England this week and it's a delight.
